Whether it’s part of the small sales administration team based at Wynyard, who have enjoyed working together for many years, or at the family headquarters and distribution centre in London – they look after their staff and people are happy.
You’ll process customer orders that come in by email and speak to customers by phone, if items are out of stock. So you’ll be comfortable in this job if you have previous sales administration experience and enjoy giving a great service.
The team process lots of orders and handle queries, so you’ll never have a dull moment, other than when you take a break to put the kettle on.
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, as it’s busy each morning, processing orders that have landed overnight.
You’ll work in a smart, high-specification business centre (although there’s a relaxed dress code in the office) which offers you free parking, easy access (not stuck in traffic) as well as on-site childcare and gym facilities. As the business park isn’t served by public transport, it would be useful to have access to your own car.
