You will join the company to help cover a period of maternity leave until September 2020.
You will have experience working with HMRC for PAYE and NI, processing monthly Payroll and working knowledge of auto-enrolment for Pensions, as a minimum due to current employees having no time to train you. You must be able to multi-task as payroll is only a small chunk of the job.
You will be responsible for the Sales and Purchase invoices; it is important that you have invoice processing experience. If you have previously worked in property rentals this would be an advantage.
You will be confident with Excel spreadsheets as you will need to enter them onto Sage as well as transactions from petty cash once you have balanced them.
You’ll work in a relaxed, easy going, recently refurbished open-plan office. Where everyone makes a brew, which is accompanied by a selection of chocolate biscuits.
