You will join this team as a Purchase Ledger Administrator, working alongside the Financial Controller who has a modern flexible approach with his staff. This job has been created as the business is continuing to expand and the current finance team need another helping hand.

You will work for a firm which is part of a group of companies who are based up and down the North East, giving you the security and stability of a large business but having the personal feeling of a family run company where you will be a valued member of the team.

You will have experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable and be comfortable processing a high volume of invoices so you should be familiar with Sage.
You may also cover Payroll for your colleague, so experience of this would be helpful.

You’re happy proactively talking to suppliers requesting statements and chasing credit notes, along with other general administration tasks.
