You will be comfortable in this role if you have excellent knowledge of a range of IT programmes and an understanding of the voluntary sector Governance, you may have worked as an Office Manager or General Administrator for a charity previously, therefore you will have a current DBS.
You’ll enjoy a varied workload involving both administration and Health & Safety tasks. You can make this role your own, taking responsibility and working independently, whilst being part of a small team. Your Manager is prepared to make changes to how they currently work if you have ideas to share which have worked successfully for you.
You will have excellent personal communication skills to deal with a wide range of people that access the services. You are a highly organised person who is used to dealing with a range of sensitive issues and confidential information working under pressure.
